- The product comes mostly assembled. Make sure to use the suction cup on a smooth surface, some surfaces may appear to be smooth, but they are actually porous which makes the suction cup not work. If you do not have access to a smooth surface, try putting a piece of packaging tape on the surface before using the suction cup.
